I see sweaters like that pop up everywhere in the fall in the US. I know I have seen them at express on the low end (50% cashmere maybe) and JCrew a bit more luxe. I think TSE, which you can get at dept stores like SAKS makes really good cashmere pieces.
I do love to walk around topless, yes. Unfortunately society tends to shun those of us who do not like shirts 
I’ve heard JCrew being mentioned a few times, I might have to bite the bullet and get my Aunt to send me some from the US! (they don’t ship to Australia and Net A Porter charges way too much for stuff)

I love this outfit too, only I always want Kirsten to put a bra on! It’s not THAT uncomfy….
No idea about the cashmere sweaters (Uniqlo and Zara make nice ones) but I’m starting to wear more shirts these days and I kind of like them!
