Well-Being Wednesday Challenge #2

Welcome back to another edition of the Well-Being Wednesday Challenge. How did we all go in the first week? I did reasonably well, and managed to achieve both the group goal and the personal goal for myself. Go team me! Self congratulation aside and $5 in the money jar, it’s time to set some new goals for this week.

This week the group challenge is

eat at least 3 fresh salads

My personal challenge is –

cut back on the amount of sugar in my coffee

I will also be aiming to re-achieve the goals from each previous week on a recurring basis so hopefully I can fit another 3 workouts into the week, and continue to track all of my food. PS: Don’t forget to check out the following ladies, who are also participating in Well-Being Wednesday: Emma, Jade, Claire, Rach, Jayme, Kimberley, Sabine & Annette (if I have forgotten anyone, please let me know!)

Product Review: Napoleon Perdis Ultimate Contour Palette

Isn’t that one of the prettiest palettes you’ve ever seen? The Napoleon Perdis Ultimate Contour Palette is from the Romeo and Juliet inspired ‘Love Unleashed’ collection and was released as part of the brand’s sponsorship of the Australian Ballet. The palette contains a contour shade, a blush and a highlighter and is designed to give you “a-list cheekbones”. I don’t know what a-list cheekbones are, (my cheekbones have yet to be invited to any sort of red carpet event or date a Jonas brother) but this is a gorgeous product and I am loving it.

Because the colours are so heavily pigmented I can see them working for a variety of skin tones, and they work best on fair skin if applied with a light hand. They also last exceptionally well throughout the day (the blush in particular) and don’t require much in the way of re-application throughout the work day. The Napoleon Perdis Ultimate Contour Palette retails for $45 AUD and is available for purchase from the Australian Ballet online store. (note: I was sent this product for consideration for review)
