
Welcome back to another edition of the Well-Being Wednesday Challenge. How did we all go in the first week? I did reasonably well, and managed to achieve both the group goal and the personal goal for myself. Go team me! Self congratulation aside and $5 in the money jar, it’s time to set some new goals for this week.
This week the group challenge is –
eat at least 3 fresh salads
My personal challenge is –
cut back on the amount of sugar in my coffee
I will also be aiming to re-achieve the goals from each previous week on a recurring basis so hopefully I can fit another 3 workouts into the week, and continue to track all of my food.
