Despite not being a sexpot blonde myself, I think January Jones’ makeup at the 2011 Golden Globes is the look I am most likely to emulate. Her flawless skin, beautiful eyes (those lashes! that gold liner!) and glossy yet subtle red lips look amazing. Celebrity makeup artist Rachel Goodwin created the look using the following Chanel products: Sublimage Concentrate, Bronzing Makeup Base, Soft Touch Eyeshadow (in the shade liberty), Perfect Brows Palette, Inimitable Intense Mascara (in the shade noir) and Rouge Allure Extrait De Gloss (in the shade excess). January Jones plays Betty Draper in Mad Men – one of my favourite characters in the show, despite her flaws. January was looking beautiful at the launch of Mad Men Season 4 in New York recently. (we can just ignore that hairdo though, okay?) NARS makeup artist Fabiola took inspiration from Catherine Deneuve when creating this look & used some of the amazing new NARS matte products that I have been lusting after.
