My co-worker goes all out with cupcake making on any day that has a particular theme, and Halloween was no exception. She brought in four different themed cupcakes, and my favourite was this little green witch. This cupcake was both spooky and delicious.

01) It’s my birthday in a couple of weeks and I have absolutely no idea what I want. I think this might be the first year in the history of my life that I struggled to think of something to ask for. Does that mean I’ve reached capacity for material goods?

02) This week’s episode of The Walking Dead was 100% Daryl free and I felt 100% ripped off.

03) Darren Criss dressed up as a boy scout for Halloween. Thank you to the various people that alerted me to this fact during the week.

04) I realised this week that I need to make the change from my winter foundation routine to something far more light weight. I looked in the mirror at work and it looked like I was wearing a white clay mask. So pretty.

05) It is officially November! Which means the count down to Christmas is ON. Please let me know if there are any particular Christmas-themed posts that you would like to see in December.

06) Nick Miller is my spirit animal.

07) The ASOS dress that I bought with the intention of wearing to a friend’s engagement party arrived and it’s hideously unflattering. Back to the drawing board.

08) Around this time every year Amazon have an awesome DVD sale so I write myself a little wishlist during the year and try to buy my TV shows on DVD in bulk to make the most of the savings. This year I ordered 8 TV series for under $150 which is pretty good, considering how much it would have cost me if I hadn’t bought them during the sale. I will finally have the entire series of LOST on DVD and am planning on a re-watch sometime early next year.

09) Still no word from Trevor.
