My current regime includes the following products:
Clarisonic Face Brush (w/ sensitive brush head) – It took me a while to figure out the best way to make the Clarisonic work for my skin. I now use it twice a week with the Paula’s Choice Hydralight Cleanser. If I use it any more than twice a week my skin tends to flare up a little bit. You can read my full review of this product here.
Tarte Pure Maracuja Oil – I received this deluxe sample as a gift with purchase from Sephora, and have been using it as a neck treatment a few nights a week. It feels really nice on my skin and is scent-free (which I prefer when it comes to skin care), so I’m really enjoying using it at the moment.
Origins GinZing Eye Cream – I normally grow tired of eye creams after using them for a couple of weeks, but I’m still really liking this one from Origins. I use this morning and night as an under-eye treatment. You can read my full review of this product here.
Nivea Fragrance Free Face Wipes – I use these every night after I hop out of the shower, to remove any remaining traces of makeup and to cleanse my skin. These particular wipes have a drier formula than most, which I really like because I feel like they work better on my skin than the ones that leave some residue after use. Paula’s Choice Hydralight One-Step Cleanser – I use this cleanser every morning while I’m in the shower, and it’s so lovely and gentle on my skin. I love the way that my face feels after using this, it’s one of those great products that cleans the skin well but doesn’t leave it feeling stripped or irritated in any way. This is my new holy grail face cleanser.
Paula’s Choice Skin Balancing Pore-Reducing Toner – Well, I think it’s safe to say my ol’ crater pores are not going anywhere any time soon, but a girl can dream. I started using this toner every day once my Hydralight bottle had run out, and I l-o-v-e it. It’s fragrance-free, and feels very gentle on my skin. Perfecto.
Paula’s Choice Skin Perfecting 8% AHA Gel & 2% BHA Liquid – Alright, I gotta get real for a second. I have very little idea as to what AHAs & BHAs do for my skin. Regardless, I forge ahead and use both of these products occasionally on my face because I just love dabbling with putting various acids on my face. I alternate between these two products, depending on what I feel like my skin needs at the time.
Paula’s Choice Hydralight Moisture-Infusing Lotion – Moving past the death-smell of this moisturiser, it’s one of the best I’ve ever used. It’s a lightweight lotion but feels very moisturising on my skin, and it provides just enough hydration to keep my oily-prone skin fresh without overloading it. This is my second tube of the lotion so far, and I can definitely see myself buying more in the future.
