Thoughts of the week…

01) The last book I read was Dark Places by Gillian Flynn and I highly recommend it if you like a good murder mystery. This is my favourite out of the three books Gillian has released so far. I loved it and I couldn’t put it down.

03) I need to make time to go and see The Book Thief ASAP. Has anyone seen it yet? I’ve heard mixed reviews so far, and I’d love to hear your thoughts!

04) Once again, Amy & Tina hosting the Golden Globes was absolute perfection. Also, Amy Poehler finally won a Golden Globe. It’s about time! WOO AMY! WOO PARKS!

05) I’m kind of obsessed with Jen Loves Kev at the moment. Obsessed.

06) I’m also newly obsessed with EssieButton’s vlogs. I’ve watched three today already.

07) Someone asked me what I’m planning to do for my 30th birthday this year. Hahahahahahahahahahahaha. Oh God. WHEN DID THAT HAPPEN.

08) 36 White People That Need To Be Stopped

09) Because I’ve only moved half of my things into the new place (and my new bathroom is a LOT smaller than my old one), I’ve consciously had to minimise the amount of beauty products that I use. I don’t hate it.

10) There are so many shows that I can’t wait to start watching… Helix and True Detective are at the top of my list, I just need to catch up on a few shows that I haven’t finished watching yet… There are not enough hours in the day for me to watch all the great television that is available at the moment.

  1. GOT can not come soon enough!!!

  2. I haven’t seen Book Thief yet but have made plans to do so – I saw Savings Mr Banks and Desolation of Smaug this past week and they were both excellent though!

  3. So rapt that Amy won. ABOUT TIME.

  4. True Detective, one episode in…
WOW. I mean even 5 minutes in I closed the laptop. Hardly any show gets my full attention.. this one DOES! 😀

  5. Can’t wait for GoT to return – have you read the books?
Essie Button – big thumbs up. I stumbled across her channel when she was just starting out. Really like how genuine she comes across.
